Our Rates

Our current rates are for four people per site, with the exception of the park models which are for two people. Electric is a metered charge for one month stay or longer. We accept cash, personal checks with proper ID, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. No refunds.

Daily Rates
Back-in site - $35.00
Pull-thru site - $40.00
Holidays (3 day minimum) - $5.00 additional per day
Additional adults or children (age 4+) - $5.00 each, per day
Cabin - $60.00 plus deposit

Weekly Rates
Park model, two people (7 days, 6 nights) - $450.00
Park model security deposit - $450.00 per stay

Monthly Rates
Full hook-up site - $480.00 plus electric
Premium full hook-up site - $530.00 plus electric
Additional adults or children (age 4+) - $50.00 each, per month
Park model, two people - $700.00
Park model security deposit - $700.00 per stay
Electric deposit (RV site or park model) - $100.00 per stay
Propane deposit (park model) - $100.00 per stay

Seasonal Rates
Full hook-up site, without winter storage - $1,900.00 plus electric
Full hook-up site, with winter storage - $2,150.00 plus electric
Premium full hook-up site, without winter storage - $2,050.00 plus electric
Premium full hook-up site, with winter storage - $2,350.00 plus electric
Additional adults or children (age 4+) - $100.00 each, per season
Electric deposit - $100.00 per season

Miscellaneous Rates
Pavilion rental (up to 50 people) - $200.00 per event
Pavilion rental (over 50 people) - $300.00 per event
Boat, car, camper, or trailer storage (with prior approval) - $50.00 per month
RV washing (water usage fee) - $20.00 per event
Motor home washing (water usage fee) - $30.00 per event
Dump station usage - $10.00 per event
Add a tent - $10.00 per day
Additional car pass - $50.00 per vehicle
Additional pool pass - $5.00 per person
Guest fee (before 4pm) - $3.00 each, per day
Guest fee (after 4pm) - $2.00 each, per day

Propane, firewood, ice, some supplies and groceries are also available for purchase at the office.
